Our prominent finished projects are Replenishment work in Mangla, construction of family flats in Peshawar, Taxila and Hattar, SCARP projects in Swabi and Mardan along with other eminent commercial and industrial projects.

Construction of Rehabilitation Works of Mangla Reservoir Rim along Mirpur – Kotli Road

Project name: Construction of Rehabilitation Works of Mangla Reservoir Rim along Mirpur – Kotli Road
Location: Mirpur, Kotli road
Client: WAPDA RSWMR- 01 (2016 – 2017)

Project Objective: This development scheme aimed at strengthening rehabilitation works at Mangla reservoir rim. This project was carried out as a compensation package for affectees of Mangla Dam raising project.

Benefits:
Successful accomplishment of this project paved a smooth traveling road for the travelers thus reducing the traveling time. The project facilitated water for irrigation and low-cost hydel electricity.

Replenishment Work of existing riprap, Mangla

Project Name: Replenishment Work of existing riprap, Mangla.
Location: Mangla
Client: WAPDA MDR – 39 (2012- 2013)

Project Objective:
The construction was started in accordance to the replenishment Work of existing riprap, Mangla on the upstream side of the main DAM and intake embankment. As part of a redevelopment  effort KGL restored existing riprap to protect the region from scour and erosion which can compromise bridges, damage adjacent roadways and cause loss of property.

Benefits:
KGL exclusive advancements in the riprap project proved to be effective because the partial grouting allows for higher hydraulic stability without sacrificing permeability.

Construction of 1200 family flats (150 blocks) at Regi Lalma Project Peshawar for Workers Welfare Board

Project Name: Construction of 1200 family flats (150 blocks) at Regi Lalma Project Peshawar for Workers Welfare Board.

Client: Workers Welfare Board, Peshawar, KPK. (2011-2017)

Project Objective:
Workers Welfare Board Peshawar intends to construct 1200 family flats at Regi Lalma, peshawar for the workers working in various industries. The project consists of 150 blocks with 8 flats in each block, covering 765 square ft area per flat and is constructed as frame structure of 4 story building.

Apart from the building work, the project also consists of external infrastructure including internal roads, streets, tubewells overhead tanks, sanitation, plumbing work, electrification work, Sui gas and landscaping.

Project Objective:
The construction of apartment blocks include 512 Apartment Blocks (64 blocks) including Civil, Plumbing, Electrical and related ancillary site development works.

Pehur High-Level Canal Project

Project Name: Pehur High-Level Canal Project
Location: Swabi District, KPK  PHLC/WP-02 Topi Priority Area – (1998-2011)

Project Objective and Benefits:
Construction of new Irrigation System i.e. Earthworks, Canal Lining (PCC), Manufacturing/Laying of RCC Pipes (24” to 42” sizes), Fall, Aqueducts, Escape Channels, Bridges, Irrigation Pressure Control Valves, Road Crossing, Drain Crossing etc. The main objective of this project is the supply of The main objective of this project is supply of irrigation water to the Project Area.A new irrigation system will be constructed for enhancing agricultural production in the Project Area.The project also includes provision of drinking water supplies to seven villages in Swabi District.

Construction of 360 Family Flats (Package-I & II) at Hattar

Project Name: Construction of 360 Family Flats (Package-I & II) at Hattar.

Baluchistan Effluent Disposal into RBOD (RBOD-III) “Construction of RBOD Extension from Miro Khan Zero Point to Hairdin Pump Station

Project Name: Baluchistan Effluent Disposal into RBOD (RBOD-III) “Construction of RBOD Extension from Miro Khan Zero Point to Hairdin Pump Station
Location: The proposed works are part of Baluchistan Effluent Disposal into RBOD (RBOD-III). The work area lies on the right bank of Indus River between latitude 27 ͦ-28’ North, and longitude 67 ͦ-11’ East. The major part of the area lies within Jacobabad and Larkhana District of Sindh.

Project Objective and benefits:
Construction of RBOD Extension from Miro Khan Zero Point Complex and from Shahdad-Kot Drain to Hairdin Pump Station, This long drain of about 221,000 ft carries the drain effluent from Hairdin Dera Murad Jamali, Balam, Usta Muhammad, and other Drainage Units and dispose into RBOD-I. The project provides the direly needed effluent disposal facilities for existing and proposed drainage projects to reclaim the agricultural land converted in ponds of water due to lack of disposal of storm water and irrigation surplus. Conservation of Hamal and Manchar Lakes and environment condition will improve over Gross Commanded Area (GCA) of 679,000 Acres.

Extension of RBOD from Sehwan to Sea

Project Name: Extension of RBOD from Sehwan to Sea
Location: The project is named “Extension of Right Bank Outfall Drain” (Works Related to Drain Excavation, Embankments and Flood Control). It comprises of about 273 km length from Karam Pur to Gharo Creek (RD 0 to RD 910) distributed in 3 reaches i.e. (i) Karam Pur to Thori Phatak, (ii) Thori Phatak to Soonda, (iii) Soonda to Gharo with discharge of 2271 cusecs with an increase of 450 Cusecs in the last reach of the drain.

Pehur High-Level Canal Project

Project Name:  Pehur High-Level Canal Project
Location: The project area is located in the Swabi District of KPK, Pakistan. Peshawar, the provincial metropolis, is about 120 kilometers away and Islamabad is 180 kilometers away from the project area. Swabi is the nearest town to the project area. Mardan is the largest town in the region with a population of about 10, 00,000 persons and is located approximately 64 kilometers, from Peshawar, which is the largest city and provincial headquarters of KPK.
Client: WAPDA PHLC/WP-03 Remodeling of Canals (1998-2001)

Project Objective:
The work under this Contract No. PHILC/WP-03 (Pehru High Level Canal Remodeling of Canals) comprise the remodeling of 55 km, 22 km and 100 km of Branch, Distributary and Minor canals respectively together with various appurtenant works and associated conveyance and control structures. In addition repair work shall be carried out on Pehru Branch Canal. Indus Branch Canal, Link Channel and associated distributaries and minor canals. Excavation in Canal/Structures, Compaction of Embankments, Canal Lining (PCC Grade-20) Village Road Bridges, District Road Bridges, Vertical/Glacis Falls, Mill Bypasses, Aqueducts, Watercourse Crossing, Divisors, Escape Channels, Siphon, Head Regulators/Crump WEIRS, Metaled Road (13 km). Manufacturing/Laying of RCC Pipes and Parabolic Segments and Repair works etc.

Construction of 188 Family Quarters at Hattar

Project Name: Construction of 188 Family Quarters at Hattar.
Location: Hattar, Haripur
Client: Workers Welfare Board, Peshawar, KPK. (1997-1999)

Project Objective:
Construction of 188 Family Quarters including plumbing works, internal electrification, and sewerage systems etc, at Industrial Estate Hattar (District Haripur).

Swabi SCARP Project, SWP/CR-05

Project Name: Swabi SCARP Project, SWP/CR-05
Location: The project area is within Mardan District KPK, Mardan, Dargai, Shergarh and Takh Bahi are the nearest towns in the project area. About 48,000 acres area commanded by this distributary system.
Client: WAPDA (1995-1998)

Project Objective:
The site of work is the area for remodeling of Jalala, Spokanda, Pisadu distributaries, Shergarh, Kalu Khan, Qutab Garh, Shingri motors and allied structures, within the ROW, lines, boundaries and Limits shown on the drawings. Consisting of canal living PCC/RCC, bridges, falls head regulators/crump weirs, drainage culverts, mill bypass, watercourse crossing, siphons and bifurcators/trifurcation and road etc.
The work under this contract No. SWP/CR-05 consist of furnishing all plants, labor, equipment, materials and all other services and facilities required to structures from head to tail.

Swabi SCARP Project

Project Name: Swabi SCARP Project
Location: The Swabi salinity control reclamation project Swabi SCARP for which this work is required is situated in Mardan, Swabi District KPK and covers a gross area of in the project area.
Client: WAPDA SWP/SD-04B (1995-1998)

Project Objective:
The site of work is the area for Remodeling of Ballar & Narai Surface Drainage and Allied Structures (Surkh Dheri Sadiqabad, Landai, Charnaka and Tributaries) Earthwork, compaction of Embankments, Bridges, Gabion Drop Structures, Drain Confluence/Transition, Surface Drainage Inlets/Culverts, Piped Causeways, Watercourse Crossing and Foot Bridges.

Chashma Command Area Development Project Stage-I D.I.Khan

Project Name : Chashma Command Area Development Project Stage-I D.I.Khan
Location:The proposed drainage schemes foe the area under the command of Chashma Right Bank Canal stage-I is located in Dera Ismail Khan (NWFP). Chashma Barrage is on the north side and to the south is city of D.I.Khan.

Project Objective:
The site is the construction of super structure for super passage on Main Canal CRBC at RD 167+616 for the safe passage of runoff and sediments control in the Chashma Command Area Development Project, within the ROW and lines. Project Name: Chashma Command Area Development Project Stage-II D.I.Khan
Location: The proposed floodwater disposal scheme for the area under the command of Chashma Right Bank Canal Stage-II is located in Dera Ismail Khan District of NWFP. The project area is bounded to the north by Takwara Nullah, to the East by the remodeled Paharpur Canal and the Indus River, to the South by the Toa Nullah, and by the CRBC alignment to the West. The city of D.I.Khan is located on the North-Eastern side of the project area.
